These terms explain how BiteAPE may be used, including educational limits, membership, AI study tools, and support tickets.
Educational use
BiteAPE is an educational study tool. It is not medical advice, clinical direction, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a replacement for formal teaching, local policies, clinical supervision, or professional judgement.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using BiteAPE lawfully. Do not attack the service, scrape content, share access inappropriately, bypass payment or access controls, or submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful material.
Trials, membership, and payments
BiteAPE may offer a short trial followed by paid membership. Payments are processed by PayPal. Subscription status, billing interval, provider subscription ids, trial dates, and current access status may be stored so the app can manage access.
AI study tools and soft caps
BiteAPE Study Tools are subject to internal soft caps to prevent spam, abuse, unusually high cost, or service disruption. If a soft cap is reached, Study Tools may pause and an admin may review usage. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as study support, not authoritative medical guidance.
Saved content and support tickets
You may save notes, explanations, questions, planner items, and support tickets. Do not submit confidential patient information, identifying clinical details, copyrighted material you cannot use, or abusive content.
Changes and availability
BiteAPE is actively developed. Content, features, prices, access rules, AI limits, and membership options may change. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or third-party providers.
